Are you looking for a supportive and therapeutic place to explore your creativity and feel more connected to the world around you?
Our Art Gatherings offer a regular space to unwind, express yourself through art, and meet others in your community. These groups are open to everyone, with no artistic experience needed. All art materials will be provided.
There are 10 places available within the group. You are asked to commit to a minimum of 6 sessions to fully benefit from the experience. By gathering regularly the group will form stronger connections. You will also have the opportunity to keep exploring and sharing your experiences. This kind of ongoing engagement will help build deeper relationships and foster a sense of belonging within the group.
Whether you’re looking for meaningful connection or just need some time to pause, we’d love to have you join us!
Art Gatherings are held in a six week block during term time only. The first block begins Wednesday 26th February 2025. If you miss a session, or would like to drop-in from time to time, you will be asked to attend another session in future - single sessions are non-refundable.

Pay what you can afford
Art therapy fees can vary, but the typical cost for a private session ranges from £40 to £80 per hour in the UK, and group sessions from £30 to £45 per individual. This covers the therapist’s registration, professional training, supervision, ongoing professional development, art materials and resources, including physical and virtual spaces, and the time spent preparing for and delivering sessions.
We understand that these costs can be a barrier for many, which is why we offer a reduced payment option. This ensures that no one is turned away from receiving support due to financial limitations.
